About the Lodge
Food & beverage.
So good that guests reach for the word culinary to describe it. Skilled chefs, an all-inclusive table, and zero tabs.
The food here is so good that some guests use the word "culinary" to describe the experience. Our team of dedicated, professional chefs is skilled and passionate.
Our approach to food and beverage is defined by quality, quantity and being all-inclusive. Once you get here, there are no tabs and no extra charges. Nothing. And the highlight is the fresh yellowfin — fish always tastes better when you know who caught it. Local lobster, shrimp and mountains of sashimi round out a table that's hard to forget.

A day at the table
Breakfast & morning service
Made to order, every morning. Coffee is on at 5:30 — good fuel for a day on the water.
On the water
Boat lunches and tropical fruit await you onboard, along with plenty of water, soda and cold beer.
Happy hour
Conch ceviche and fritters, grouper and mahi fingers, chicken wings three ways, giant coconut. Rotating spreads each night.
Sushi night
Mountains of sashimi, more rolls than you can count, seared tuna and much more. It makes quite the impression.
Dinner
Local lobster. Grouper piccata. Steak, ribs, pork and chicken. Vegetables, fried rice — and dessert.
The bar
A fully stocked patio bar: Abuelo rum, Absolut, Jack Daniel's, Johnnie Walker Black, tequila and South American wines.

Sushi night
Mountains of sashimi. Mountains.
Perhaps nothing compares with sushi night. The raw treatments — sushi rolls, sashimi boards and varieties of poke — are piled alongside seared tuna and grilled yellowfin steaks. Seared tuna, more rolls than you can count, and much more.
We even keep a humidor with cigars available for purchase. We aim to please — and we're pretty good at it.
